Our animals aren't shy about being photographed, so we're inviting amateur photographers of all ages to participate in our "ZooPix" Photography Contest, sponsored by Cardinal Camera and Video.
"ZooPix" is a four-season competition, beginning this month with "Animals in Winter". From now until February 28, we invite you to visit the zoo and photograph our animal friends enjoying the fresh winter air.
No contest entry fee is required but you must pay admission to the zoo if you are not a member.
Remember, admission is half-price during weekdays in January and February!
All photos must be taken at the Elmwood Park Zoo during the contest period. Entries must be received by February 28, 2010 and can be submitted via CD or email. Prizes will be awarded for first place and runner-up.
For more information please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at ext. 233
