Annual Pass Types and Rates

An annual pass is a membership that is valid to the zoo for a full year from the purchase date. Depending on the type of pass you purchase, you will receive free admissions for you and other members of your family for one full year. Proceeds from membership sales go directly towards the care and maintenance of our animals and the zoo facilities.

FAMILY AND FRIEND PASS - $150

The perfect choice for a babysitter or nanny! Membership benefits for two specific adults and all of their children under 18. Includes Kidkeeper and two guests with each visit.

FAMILY PLUS PASS - $120

Membership benefits for two specific adults named on the membership card, plus all of their children under 18. Includes two guests with each visit.

FAMILY PASS - $100

Membership benefits for two specific adults named on the membership card, plus all of their children under 18.

GRANDPARENT PASS- $100

Membership benefits for two specific adults named on the membership card, plus all of their grandchildren under 18.

ZOO FOR TWO PASS - $75

Membership benefits for two specific adults named on the membership card.

INDIVIDUAL PASS - $60

Membership benefits for one specific adult, plus one guest with each visit.

SENIOR PASS - $45

Benefits for one specific senior plus one child guest or senior guest with each visit.

PONY PACK - $25

Add a pony pack to any one of your memberships for this special price. Pack includes six pony rides that are valid for up to a year from the purchase date. Pony packs will be sent to you in the mail upon payment.

PLEASE NOTE

The Elmwood Park Zoo no longer offers the Zookeeper Membership. Discounted pony rides are still available at a special price for members by purchasing the "Pony Packs". If you previously had a Zookeeper Membership and would like to renew, you will still receive all of the same benefits as the Zookeeper Membership by purchasing a Family & Friend Membership, but you will no longer receive free pony rides with the purchase of the membership.

Glossary of Terms

Adult
For purposes of membership, an adult is defined as an individual age 19 or older who is named on the membership card.

Child
For purposes of membership, a child is defined as an individual age 18 or under who shares a household with the member adult. Children may not enter without a member adult.

Child Guest
Members in some categories may bring a child guest with them at each visit. Child guests must be accompanied by adult named on the membership card to receive free entry. The number of child guests admitted is per membership, not per member.

Grandchildren
For purposes of membership, a grandchild is defined as an individual age 18 or under who is the grandchild of a member adult. Grandchildren may not enter without a member adult.

Guest
Members in some categories may bring guests with them at each visit. Guests may be different with each visit and may be of any age. Guests must be accompanied by at least one adult named on the membership card to receive free entry. The number of guests admitted is per membership, not per member.

Kidkeeper
Perfect for nannies, babysitters, or grandparents! A Kidkeeper is an extra adult added to a membership. A kidkeeper must be named, and will receive a separate membership card that allows them to bring child members to the Zoo.
