Birthdays are WILD at
Elmwood Park Zoo!

An Elmwood Park Zoo birthday party is an experience your guests will never forget! We offer two great packages to fit your budget and the size of your party. Each package includes a highly trained party host, admission to the zoo, a themed, guided tour of the Zoo; feed for the barn animals; a 1/2 sheet birthday cake; 1 slice of pizza per person; chips and beverages. We also provide invitations and a souvenir cup for each child.

We even provide tablecloths, paper products and utensils for a truly hassle-free party. Relax and enjoy your guests!

Parties are only held on Saturday and Sundays. Parties may be scheduled from 11 am - 1 pm or 2 - 4 pm, but guests are welcome to walk the Zoo before or after the party.

Birthday Parties are held rain or shine! In the event of rain, we will provide shelter and rain ponchos can be purchased in the Lenore Weiss Nature Shop for your guests' comfort

Choose from one of our two all inclusive packages:

Basic - The basic party package is for up to 15 guests (includes children and adults), with no option to add on additional guests.
$225

Deluxe - The deluxe party package is for up to 24 guests, with the option to add additional guests for a small fee.
$350 and $16 for each additional guest

* Elmwood Park Zoo members receive 10% off the total.

A little something extra:
For an additional fee, you can arrange for a tray of hoagies, pretzels, vegetables and fruit from Zone's Catering; additional beverages; a pinata; a scavenger hunt or a special appearance Elmwood Park Zoo's mascot, "Coop" the Cougar.

Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance.  Available dates fill up fast; we recommend you call up to one month in advance for summer parties.

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party, and will be subtracted from your final bill.  In the event of severe inclement weather, Elmwood Park Zoo reserves the right to postpone any birthday party.

Checks should be made payable to Elmwood Park Zoo. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.
