Week 1:
Feathers, furs, scales, and slime (June 23-27)

We'll dress our selves in feathers and spend the day as a bird or wear scales and slither around each day we'll see what life is like for different animals. Will we wear slime to learn about amphibians?

Week 2:
Around the world in 5 days (July 7-11)

With our imaginations, pictures, artifacts, and animals encounters we will be visiting five different continents around the world. Get your passport ready for this exciting adventure.

Week 3:

Get into Green (July 14-18)

Birds need it, frogs need it, plants need it, and trees need it too. What is it? Your help! You don't have to be a tree hugger to be green, just ready to have fun and make a difference!

Week 4:
Investigate our state (July 21-25)

Daytime, nighttime, in the sky or in the dirt, Pennsylvania wildlife is everywhere. It will take binoculars, magnifying glasses, microscopes and more to discover the many plants and animals of PA.

Week 5:
Beauty in the beasts (July 28- August 1)

Paint a porcupine, sketch a skink, and photograph a ferret. Each day we will explore a different form of art while learning about the zoo's animals. All level artists are welcome, don't worry you won't be graded!

Week 6: Zoo Crew (10-12 yrs old) (August4-8)

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work at a zoo? Well, here's your chance! Come learn about exhibit building, special events, animal care, education, landscaping and more. We'll interact with the zoo?s staff as well as the animals and come August 16th to an overnight adventure here at the zoo! (Please note: ONLY our animal keeper staff may enter animal exhibits. Campers will have many encounters with the zoo's education animal collection.

Week 7: (10-12 yrs old) Survivor EPZ (August 11-15)

Animals survive in the harshest climates, whether it's the hottest desert or the wettest swamp, come test your abilities at Survivor EPZ. The ultimate survival challenge will be an overnight at the zoo on the 16th.
