Refund policy: Elmwood Park Zoo has the right to cancel, change, or postpone any program/event. Programs/events that have not met the minimum number of participants or registrations within the week of the event may be cancelled. In the event that the zoo cancels the program/event, ticket holders will be contacted directly and issued a full refund. Any cancellation or change on behalf of the ticket holder must be received at least 7 days prior to the program/event to receive the change or partial refund of 80%. No refunds will be given for ticket holder cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled event/program date.
