Vendor Agreement Form
If your business/organization is interested in participating or becoming a vendor at Party for the Planet, please fill out the form below. A zoo employee will review your inquiry and contact you.
Fine Print:
- Vendors are required to provide their own table, chairs, and any additional supplies needed
- Vendors must provide their own tents/ canopies as needed (max size 12 x 12″)
- Any electricity needs must be requested by April 10, 2025. Spots with an electrical outlet are limited and provided on a first come, first served basis.
- Elmwood Park Zoo assumes no responsibility to provide, order, or pay for any materials.
- Please arrive at least 60 minutes before the event starts.
- Providing conservation-minded product samples for event attendees is encouraged! Product samples will enhance the Party for the Planet experience for attendees and highlight vendor’s products and services.
- All vendors, both attending and providing materials, will be featured in our e-advertisements for the event.
- A $50 donation for your registration is suggested. Checks can be made payable to Elmwood Park Zoo and any credit cards can be taken over the phone.
