Elmwood Park Zoo is committed to providing its guests with a fun and educational experience while also maintaining a safe environment that adheres to both local and national recommended guidelines. Wednesday - Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Food stations, feedings, and shops are weather permitting/seasonal and their operating schedules are subject to change. Updated times are posted to our Visit Page under Shows and Attractions, Food and Shopping and Feed the Animals. All Single Day Members are recommended to reserve their tickets online prior to visiting. Tickets may be limited and not available for preferred times upon arrival.

You will be prompted to choose an entry time for your ticket. You will have a 30 minute window to enter the zoo from your chosen entry time.

Please arrive at the zoo entrance only at the time designated on your ticket. Early arrivals will NOT be accommodated.

*If you miss your entry time, please email zoo@elmwoodparkzoo.org to exchange your tickets for another day.

FACE MASKS

In accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health's guidelines, face masks* are no longer required for all guests. They are encouraged to be worn inside buildings and when in close proximity to other guests, staff members, and animals. Masks are still required to be worn by all guests who are participating in any encounters with the zoo's otters, primates, red panda, or cats (jaguars, cougars, bobcat, and ocelot). *Please bring your own face mask. -Petrucci's Ice Cream (Closed for the season)

-Tosco's Pizza
- Zoo Brew Beer Garden (Weekends Only)
-Wildlife Lodge
-Carousel Rides
-Treetop Adventures

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

-If you feel sick, please respect the safety of others (and our animals) and stay home. We will be ready to welcome you back when you are feeling better!

-Remain inside your vehicle, or wait in the designated waiting area, until the entry time stated on your ticket.

-Practice safe social distancing and stay at least 6 feet away from others. If there is a crowd around an enclosure or experience, we recommend coming back to it later.

-Use the single use towels available in the bathrooms to touch any handles/surfaces.

-Wash your hands with soap and water and avoid touching your face.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

-Our timed ticket sales are set to ensure that we do not exceed the capacities we have set. We will also monitor the admission of Yearly Members to ensure that we do not exceed those capacities.

-Our custodial & check-in staff must wear gloves during their shift.

-We have installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the zoo, especially in high contact areas.

-We have provided each bathroom with single use towel dispensers for guests to use to touch surfaces.
