Yearly Member ticket reservations are noT required.
Yearly Members are not required to reserve zoo admission tickets before their arrival. Yearly Members will only need to present their Membership card/number and their photo ID at the gate check-in to enter the zoo. If you do not have a card or membership number, please visit our Membership window at the admission booth upon your arrival. Your Membership number/barcode is also available on the receipt attached to the email you receive after your online purchase - click here to see an example.

*Please note: Elmwood Park Zoo will be open on Monday, February 15 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM for President's Day.

All Single Day Members must reserve tickets online prior to visiting.
No tickets will be sold at the gate.
You will be prompted to choose an entry time for your ticket. You will have a 30 minute window to enter the zoo from your chosen entry time.
Please arrive at the zoo entrance only at the time designated on your ticket. Early arrivals will NOT be accommodated.
*If you miss your entry time, please email zoo@elmwoodparkzoo.org to exchange your tickets for another day.
FACE MASKS
In accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health's guidelines, face masks* are required for all guests, with the exception of those with conditions in which wearing a mask may be harmful to their health**, and children ages 2 and under.
*Please bring your own face mask.
**Please let our check-in staff know upon arrival if you or your child must enter the zoo without a mask.
