Kathy Wagner applies 30 years of leadership to her role as a consultant. Her services include strategic planning, education and interpretive programming, organizational development, meeting facilitation, fundraising, grant writing, and evaluation. As Vice President for Conservation and Education at the Philadelphia Zoo, Kathy's team developed numerous award-winning programs.

Zachary Winfield brings an expansive set of skills to Zoo Advisors gained through a multi-faceted career in the zoo, consulting, and business world. He has extensive experience implementing membership, marketing, and fundraising programs for zoos and other non-profit organizations. During a 25-year career in higher education, healthcare and arts & culture organizations, Senior Consultant Kathleen Watson has built significant experience in leading institutional advancement programs. She brings to clients hands-on experience in capital campaign planning and execution, major gift fundraising, prospect identification and cultivation, Board and staff development and program design. She joined Schultz & Williams in 2005.

Vice President of Development and Leadership Susan Scauzzo re-joined Schultz & Williams in 2018, having previously worked with the firm from 2007-2014. In between, Susan directed a historically successful $30-million capital campaign at Bryn Mawr Hospital, and then served in an interim development role at Lankenau Medical Center. In all, Susan has more than 25 years of development experience in the Philadelphia area and Chicago.
