Community Pass

Limited to non-profit organizations wishing to share free Zoo admission with its patrons, our Community Pass accounts provide libraries, schools, churches, etc. access to free single-day admission for two adults and up to four children. Organizations must apply for an account by filling out the form below. Once approved, our staff will coordinate the purchase of your Pass(es). Community Passes do not include any of the Zoo’s regular Membership benefits. Community Passes are not discounted during any Membership sales. Community Passes cannot be used for blackout dates and various special events.

Located in Norristown, Montgomery County, our zoo is home to dozens of species, like giraffes, jaguars, sloth, and colorful birds, plus exciting activities for all ages. Start your day feeding giraffes or petting goats in the barnyard, then explore kid-friendly attractions like the animal-themed carousel.

  • Access to free daytime Zoo admission for two adults and up to four children. Tickets not available for  special events, such as Winterfest, Boo at the Zoo, Wild Lights, fundraisers, and others.

Community Pass Policies

 

  • Passes can only be used onsite and may not be used for online purchases
  • Community Passes are not able to be discounted
  • If a Community Pass is lost or stolen, the organization must renew it at full cost to receive a replacement card. The expiration date of the pass will be extended a full year from its previous expiration date
  • If you are a library patron and have a question regarding your pass, please email your participating library for support.

Guests using a Community Pass must bring a valid photo I.D. and present the physical Community Pass card at the Zoo’s Welcome Center.

No, a Community Pass is not valid for special events. It is only valid for daytime Zoo admission when a special event is not scheduled. The following 2026 Zoo events are considered Special Events. Community Pass benefits will not be available on these dates:
