Zoo Camps

At Elmwood Park Zoo Camps, children enjoy a fun and educational experience learning about and interacting with many of the zoo’s resident collection. They gain knowledge and understanding in what it takes to be a zookeeper, and they make friends and memories that will last a lifetime.

School's out camp

At School’s Out Camp, children ages 6-13 will explore habits and the daily lives of some of the zoo’s wild residents. Each day camp includes hands on educational workshops, animal observations, animal meet and greets, crafts, and more!

Early drop off and late pick up is available for an added cost.  Early drop off is at 8:00am for $15/child per day, and late pick up is at 5:00pm for $15/child per day.

2022 Summer Camp

Each weeklong Summer Camp includes a lot of learning and fun, with crafts, stories, snacks, animal visitors, and in-depth tours of the zoo. Regular summer zoo events and shows are incorporated into camp each week. Click on the categories below to register!

*Cancellation Policy*— Cancellations prior to May 1st are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after May 1st are no longer eligible for refund, but may be able to reschedule registration to a different camp week pending availability.
