Event Bartender

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides a quality experience for all Event Guests
- Ensures a clean and sanitary work environment
- Is responsible for managing cash sales on a daily basis
- Responsible for setup, operation, and breakdown of event bars in accordance with the instructions provided by the Banquet Captain
- Responsible for enforcing alcohol management practices
- Providing excellent service to all guests in accordance with the standards of the department
- Other event related tasks as per business needs
Schedule: Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and during school breaks. Schedule varies and is dependent on the event calendar, weather, and guest attendance. Due to the nature of the position, the majority of shifts will be on Weekend Evenings when most events occur.
Qualification Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior food service and/or bar experience required
- Cordial and personable demeanor
- Comfortability working under pressure, and with large crowds
- Proactive, and capable of working effectively with minimal direction
- Comfortability working in a team, and helping others
- Meets the needs and expectations of the role, as per business needs
Wages/Identification:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A valid Driver’s license/State ID and second form of valid identification is required. Ability to pass background and child abuse clearances.
- Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
