Sun Club Celebration

Elmwood Park Zoo is excited to celebrate our partnership with Green Mountain Energy Company. Thanks to a grant from Green Mountain Energy Sun Club, the zoo has acquired a hybrid vehicle and two solar-power-equipped electric golf carts. The hybrid will be used to transport animals and staff to destinations scheduled through our Zoo-On-Wheels program, and the golf carts will be used throughout the zoo to take guests on tours, transport animals, and more.

Join us and Green Mountain Energy at the zoo on Wednesday, May 19 at 11 am, to celebrate our partnership! You can learn about our Zoo-On-Wheels program and our mission to teach the importance of wildlife conservation.
