Schedule: Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Schedule dependent on weather and guest attendance. Occasional after-hours events.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitating birthday parties and similar programs
- Responsible for coordinating activities and managing a party
- Responsible for effective setup and breakdown of parties
- Facilitating guest entrance
- Operating ticket scanning equipment
- Responding to guest questions
- Assisting all guests in a proactive and pleasant manner
- Assisting with seasonal and holiday programming
- Managing crowds
Qualification Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to frequently move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable being exposed to cold and hot weather conditions
- Friendly disposition
- Must be comfortable working around children
- Ability to maintain alertness and attentiveness to safety and proper procedures
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Meets the needs and expectations of the role, as per business needs
- Must be able to pass background and child abuse clearances
- Two forms of ID are required
