Boo at the Zoo

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until October 29, 2023
Weekends Only – October 7th through October 29th – 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Bring your little ghouls and ghosts to our annual Halloween haunt, where the entire zoo is transformed for a kooky, spooky Halloween celebration! Come dressed in your most creative costume and march in our costume parade (2:30 PM at the Stony Creek Pavilion). Adults are encouraged to dress up, too! And don’t forget to bring your trick-or-treat bag, as treat and activity stations will be located throughout the zoo. Boo at the Zoo is free to attend with zoo admission.

Boo at the Zoo takes place weekends at Elmwood Park Zoo, October 7 through October 29, from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Please Note: At this time we cannot accept any free zoo admission tickets or coupons for our special events, including Boo at the Zoo. All general admission tickets for Boo at the Zoo must be timed and dated for the event. Yearly Members and Organizational Memberships do not need to purchase Boo at the Zoo tickets.
